check-in is 30 min proir to tour time of your departure if you have an 8:00 am tour please give yourself ample time for check in at 7:30 am

If you booked with us directly you do not need anything at check in.if you booked from a third party please check the comfirmation that you recieved from them.You may be required to bring proof of purchase or a voucher when you check in for your tour.

Viva LV Tours has a 24 hour cancellation policy we do not charge your credit card or debit card until 24 hours prior to your tour date. After the 24 hours or less you will be charged full price of tour and no refund will be issued no exceptions.

This is customary to tip the guide , gratuity is based on the individual but we suggest 15% which is the industry standards.

We recommend outdoor clothing with closed toed shoes, you may want to bring a hat. if you wear contact lenses you may want to switch to eyeglasses. Tours can sometimes be dusty and can irritate the eyes if wearing contacts.

Food and drinks are prohibited (except) sealed bottles of water. Alcoholic beverages are stricly prohibited in and on the shuttles due to nevada state laws.

yes! for the comforts of all guest,prohibited items include but not limited to firearems, alcohol,guns, illegal substance , cigarettes including E-cigarettes (also known as vapes), coolers, or weapons of any kind and perfessional video equipment

a purse or standard size backpack are acceptable ,how ever there are no storage spaces in our vehicle.anything you bring needs to fit comfortably in your lap throughout the tour.

You're tour and tour guide should be fun,safe and give you an exciting educational experience! Our guides are highly trainned in the historic areas and geology, all our guides are also CPR and First Aid certified. All our guides conduct their tours professionally while educating you on the area while you have fun and be highly entertained.

Yes! we provide complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-offs from selected las vegas strip hotels.

anytime all of our tours are good but the best time would be in the morning to get the best picture opportunity.

Yes! due to limited space you must reserve your spot on the vehicles for the available time slot.

all ages are welcome on the tours the only minimum age requirement is for the hoover dam you must be the age of 13 or older to enter the dam.

Yes! as long as you notify our booking staff on how many people in your party, date and selected time of the departure and 15% gratuity for you guide. We can book a private tour for a minimum of 5 people.

yes there are parts of our tour that will require you hop on and off the shuttle and walk short distances for photo oppertunities.

all our shuttles have access to ADA / wheelchair lifts , our team members are here to assist you.

unfortunatly, pets are not allowed on tours we suggests to leave all pets at home or hotel room the only exception is service animals.

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
